Sports Anyone?.
Sports is another great way to reach out to your lost friends. On the field there is a certain bond that is built between people of all races, genders, and religions. Once you’re in the game, you have to work together with the other people on your team–trust each other, cover for each other, help each other out, and communicate. You battle together, sometimes bleed together, and in the end you rejoice or cry together.
Through sports, we are able to build strong relationships with those who do not know the Lord. We develop a mutual trust and respect, which allows us to pray for them, talk to them about the Lord, invite them to our homes, introduce them to our friends, and invite them out to the Bridge. So many lives have been changed just through this ministry already and we’re looking forward to who else the Lord will bring into this ministry!
